OUR STORY
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
It all began in 2022, with something as simple as a follow on Instagram through mutual friends. A few light exchanges, a reaction here, a comment there, soon became warm conversations in our DMs. What started as playful chats slowly grew into something that felt genuine, effortless, and full of laughter.
BECOMING US
In 2023, we finally decided to meet in person. Our first date was wonderfully simple , a bowl of bakso at a humble stall in Tebet, which has since become our special place. Afterward, we wandered to a nearby coffee shop, where time seemed to pause. Between stories, smiles, and laughter that came so naturally, something sparked, something that quietly told us this might be the start of something special.
THE YES DAY
September 2024 became a month we’ll never forget. There was no grand proposal, no dramatic setup, just pure intention and sincerity. Edu shared his plan to visit Cindy’s parents in Medan the following month, to ask for their blessing and to show his genuine love and commitment. It wasn’t a proposal in the traditional sense, it was something even more meaningful. A brave and heartfelt gesture, simple yet full of love. And with a heart overflowing with joy, Cindy said yes, not to a question, but to a shared future, hand in hand.

And now, here we are writing this to you. Our wedding day is finally coming this November, and we can’t wait to see you there to share this beautiful moment together.
